Anne Walton, CAMS: Advisor for Cryptocurrency and AML/CFT
Anne has over 15 years of experience in anti-money laundering, intelligence and risk analysis, investigative research, and enhanced due diligence. She has substantial experience building strong compliance programs for both fintech start-ups and large financial institutions, conducting independent monitorships, and resolution of issues related to regulatory actions. She has also helped financial institutions strengthen internal control frameworks to effectively manage AML, ABAC, and sanctions risks as well as design and deliver robust risk assessments.
Dainia Jabaji, Esq.: Advisor for Sanctions, AML/CFT, and Investigations
Dainia is a Government Investigations Enforcement and Defense attorney who focuses her practice on white collar, financial regulatory, and international trade investigations, enforcement, compliance, and defense. She helps navigate important complex regulations in a changing world and brings over a decade of experience in financial regulatory/national security matters, including those related to AML/CFT, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Ms. Jabaji also has extensive experience working with financial institutions.
Jennifer Gold: Advisor for Intelligence & Emerging Technologies
Jennifer is a Chief Information Security Officer with deep expertise in cyber risk, artificial intelligence, and national security. She has led transformative technology initiatives as a CTO at global financial institutions and brings a background in intelligence to her advisory work. Jennifer serves as President and Board Chair Emeritus of NY Metro InfraGard and was named a 2024 Global Top 50 Information Security Professional. She is also a recipient of the 2023 Call to Service Award from President Biden.
Prakash Kollaram, CISSP & ITIL: Advisor for Cybersecurity and Government Procurement
Prakash is a technologist and subject matter expert in cybersecurity, information technology, FAR/DFAR procurement, and contract performance management. Prior to his retirement from the U.S. Department of Defense, Prakash served as Cybersecurity Chief and Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for several multi-million dollar and multi-year IT contracts. He served as Defense Counterintelligence Agency’s (DCSA) representative to the Pentagon’s DoD 8140 Cybersecurity Work Force Qualification Framework Development Council, DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) Council, and DoD CSERG (Cyber Security Engineering & Research Group).
LJ Sylvester: Advisor for Strategic Growth
LJ Sylvester is a seasoned sales and business development executive with nearly 20 years of experience driving growth, forging strategic partnerships, and leading go-to-market initiatives. She has a strong background in revenue operations, client management, and market expansion across the public sector, state, local and education (SLED), and enterprise markets. Throughout her career, she has successfully collaborated with C-level executives to develop and execute high-impact strategies, scaling businesses, optimizing sales processes, and fostering synergistic relationships that drive long-term success.
Kumar Rachuri: Advisor for Cybersecurity and InfoSec
Kumar is an expert Product Security Solutions Engineer who leads cybersecurity efforts for both R&D and factory operations. He holds multiple certifications, including ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist by The International Society of Automation (ISA), Microsoft 365 Security, and CompTIA Security+. Previously, Mr. Rachuri spent nearly eight years at Apple, where he held various positions, from L1 tech support ending with Customer Security. His commitment to education and knowledge-sharing also led him to serve as an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan and Penn State, teaching Cybersecurity Fundamentals.
Kevin Orlandi, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR: Advisor for Strategic People & Talent Operations
Kevin a seasoned Talent and Human Capital Strategist who is dedicated to fostering a vibrant culture centered on people, inclusivity, development, and continuous learning. With a deep-rooted commitment to collaborative performance and relationship-building, Kevin strategically implements innovative “people-first strategies” to drive organizational growth.
