Mark Ashley-Senior Consultant
Mark brings a unique blend of technical communications and creative media experience to the Porta Strategies team. He has supported the Department of Defense, federal law enforcement, and the Intelligence Community, developing technical documentation, proposals, and multimedia content for complex programs and fast-paced environments. Mark is a published author, and his work has included refining technical manuals, creating documentation graphics, and leading structured reviews to ensure clarity, compliance, and usability. Additionally, Mark has earned numerous industry-standard credentials, including the CompTIA Security+ certificate in cybersecurity and the Defense Department’s Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certificate. He holds a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University and two advanced graduate certificates in Counterterrorism and Intelligence Studies from Texas A&M University.
