Adam brings more than two decades of experience in global security, crisis response, stabilization, and complex risk environments. A former U.S. Marine Corps officer and combat veteran, Adam has led military units in operational theaters, managed State Department ACOTA training missions, and directed high‑risk crisis response efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His background in geopolitical risk, executive protection, investigations, and security sector capacity building will strengthen Porta Strategies’ ability to support clients navigating volatile environments, crisis management challenges, and stabilization program requirements.
Jay joins Porta Strategies with over twenty years of experience advancing artificial intelligence, cyber defense, and enterprise transformation across federal and commercial sectors. A senior technology executive and strategist, Jay has led AI‑enabled innovation programs at organizations including NASA, Lockheed Martin, and emerging technology ventures. His work spans C5ISR, predictive and prescriptive analytics, geospatial systems, and commercialization of advanced technologies. Jay currently serves as CTO of AlchemAI, where he leads development of AI platforms that enhance operational resilience and supply‑chain risk visibility for critical global industries.
