Job Title: Policy Analyst – Financial Regulation (Secret Clearance Required)

Overview

We are hiring Policy Analysts to support research, analysis, and development of federal regulatory initiatives related to financial crimes and national security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on statutes, prior rulemakings, and policy frameworks
  • Analyze regulatory impacts and stakeholder feedback
  • Support development of policy memoranda and briefing materials
  • Assist in processing and summarizing public comments
  • Support regulatory impact assessments and reporting

Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance (required)
  • 3–7+ years of relevant experience
  • Background in public policy, economics, law, or related field
  • Experience with federal agencies or regulatory environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience with digital assets preferred

Pay: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Regulatory drafting and rulemaking : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Legal and policy analysis in support of rulemaking: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Federal regulatory framework experience related to BSA/AML: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Technical writing for regulatory materials: 1 year (Preferred)
