Overview
Join a high-performing team supporting federal regulatory development. This role focuses on drafting, analyzing, and refining complex policy and rulemaking documents for a federal financial services agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft proposed and final rules, Federal Register notices, and policy documents
- Translate statutory and technical requirements into clear regulatory language
- Conduct regulatory and policy analysis
- Support interagency coordination and comment resolution
- Prepare briefing materials, memos, and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance (required)
- 6–10+ years in regulatory writing, policy, or legal analysis
- Strong experience with federal rulemaking and drafting
- Background in financial regulation, Anti-Money Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act, or public policy strongly preferred
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with digital assets preferred

Pay: $165,000.00 – $190,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Regulatory drafting and rulemaking : 1 year (Preferred)
- Legal and policy analysis in support of rulemaking: 1 year (Preferred)
- Federal regulatory framework experience related to BSA/AML: 1 year (Preferred)
- Technical writing for regulatory materials: 1 year (Preferred)
