Mark brings extensive experience in technical communications, program analysis, and business development, with a distinguished background supporting the Department of Defense, federal law enforcement agencies, and the Intelligence Community. Throughout his career, he has developed technical documentation, proposals, training materials, and multimedia content for complex programs and mission-criticalenvironments.
A seasoned technical writer, editor, and multimedia storyteller, Mark has contributed to major defense and government initiatives by refining technical manuals, developing visual and multimedia communications, improving editorial processes, and ensuring content clarity, compliance, and usability. His expertise spans cybersecurity, enterprise IT documentation, proposal management, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mark is a published author whose work has explored cybersecurity and national security topics. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from George Washington University and earned two graduate certificates in international affairs-related fields from Texas A&M University. His professional credentials include CompTIA Security+ and the Department of Defense Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certificate, among other industry-recognized training and certifications.
