Overview
We are hiring Policy Analysts to support research, analysis, and development of federal regulatory initiatives related to financial crimes and national security.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on statutes, prior rulemakings, and policy frameworks
- Analyze regulatory impacts and stakeholder feedback
- Support development of policy memoranda and briefing materials
- Assist in processing and summarizing public comments
- Support regulatory impact assessments and reporting
Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance (required)
- 3–7+ years of relevant experience
- Background in public policy, economics, law, or related field
- Experience with federal agencies or regulatory environments preferred
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with digital assets preferred

Pay: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Regulatory drafting and rulemaking : 1 year (Preferred)
- Legal and policy analysis in support of rulemaking: 1 year (Preferred)
- Federal regulatory framework experience related to BSA/AML: 1 year (Preferred)
- Technical writing for regulatory materials: 1 year (Preferred)
